Wolverine Stack

What is the Wolverine Stack?

The "Wolverine Stack" is the most famous combination in the peptide world, named after the comic book character for its legendary ability to accelerate tissue repair, heal stubborn injuries, and reduce systemic inflammation.

It consists of two synergistic peptides:
1. BPC-157 (Body Protective Compound): The "architect" that triggers angiogenesis (new blood vessel growth) and tendon-to-bone healing.
2. TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4): The "engine" that promotes cell migration to the injury site and reduces actin-driven inflammation.

1. Reconstitution & Dosage
Typically, researchers use a 1:1 or 1:2 ratio of BPC to TB.

Vial 1: BPC-157 (5mg)
• Reconstitute with: 2ml Bacteriostatic Water.
• Dose: 250mcg to 500mcg daily.
• On Syringe: 10 to 20 units.

Vial 2: TB-500 (5mg)
• Reconstitute with: 2ml Bacteriostatic Water.
• Dose: 2.5mg to 5mg per week (usually split into 2 doses).
• On Syringe: 50 units (twice a week).

2. The Wolverine Cycle
This stack is usually run for 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the severity of the injury.

Phase BPC-157 (Daily) TB-500 (2x Weekly) Notes
Weeks 1–2 (Loading) 500mcg 2.5mg (Mon/Thur) Saturating the injury site.
Weeks 3–6 (Repair) 250mcg 2.5mg (Mon/Thur) Active tissue remodeling.
Weeks 7–8 (Finalize) 250mcg 2.5mg (Once Weekly) Tapering off.

3. Administration: Systemic vs. Local
• BPC-157: While technically systemic, many researchers prefer injecting near the site of injury (e.g., near the elbow for tendonitis) to take advantage of localized signaling.
• TB-500: Purely systemic. You can inject this anywhere (usually abdominal fat) and it will find the injury.

4. Storage & Stability
• Fragility: TB-500 is much more stable than BPC-157. However, once mixed, both must stay in the fridge.
• Shelf Life: Use within 21–30 days for maximum efficacy.

5. Potential Side Effects
• Tiredness: TB-500 can occasionally cause temporary lethargy.
• Increased Hunger: Some users report a slight uptick in appetite due to the body’s increased demand for nutrients during repair.
• Site Irritation: Minor redness at the injection site is common if not rotated.
