TB-500
What is TB-500?

TB-500 (Thymosin Beta-4) is a synthetic version of a naturally occurring peptide present in virtually all human and animal cells. In research, it is the "gold standard" for systemic tissue repair, specifically noted for its ability to promote angiogenesis (the formation of new blood vessels) and cell migration to injured sites.
Unlike BPC-157, which is often used for localized gut and tendon repair, TB-500 is highly mobile and effective at healing injuries throughout the entire body, regardless of where it is injected.

1. Reconstitution & Dosage
TB-500 typically comes in 2mg, 5mg, or 10mg lyophilized (freeze-dried) vials.
• Reconstitution: Add 2ml of Bacteriostatic Water to a 5mg vial.
• The Math: This creates a concentration of 2.5mg (2,500mcg) per 1ml.
• Syringe Measurement (U-100 Insulin Syringe):
o 20 units (0.20ml) = 500mcg
o 40 units (0.40ml) = 1mg
o 100 units (1.0ml) = 2.5mg

2. The Protocol: Loading vs. Maintenance
TB-500 works best when a "saturation" level is reached in the bloodstream.
Phase Duration Dosage & Frequency
Loading Phase 4 to 6 Weeks 5mg to 10mg per week (split into 2-3 injections)
Maintenance Phase Ongoing 2.5mg to 5mg every 2 weeks
Common Loading Schedule: 2.5mg on Monday, 2.5mg on Thursday.

3. Administration & Storage
• Subcutaneous (SubQ): The most common method. Inject into the abdominal fat or thigh.
• Systemic Nature: You do not need to inject TB-500 near the injury. It will find the damaged tissue via the bloodstream.
• Storage: After reconstitution, it is stable in the refrigerator for about 8 days. For this reason, many researchers use the entire vial within a week.
• Fragility: Extremely fragile. Do not shake the vial; let the water dissolve the powder naturally.

4. Potential Side Effects
• Lethargy: Some researchers report a "heavy" feeling or tiredness shortly after injection.
• Headaches: Usually mild and temporary, often due to the sudden increase in microcirculation.
• Redness: Mild irritation at the injection site.
• Safety Note: TB-500 promotes cell migration and blood vessel growth. In research circles, it is generally avoided if there is a known history of active malignancy (cancer), as angiogenesis can theoretically support tumor growth.

The "Wolverine" Healing Stack
TB-500 is almost universally stacked with BPC-157 for a synergistic effect:
1. BPC-157: Provides the "structural" repair and reduces immediate inflammation at the site.
2. TB-500: Provides the "infrastructure" by building new blood vessels to bring nutrients to the repair site.

Quick Checklist for a 5mg Vial:
• Loading: Use 1 full vial per week (split into two 2.5mg shots).
• Supplies: U-100 Insulin syringes (31g).
• Cycle Length: Typically run for 6–8 weeks for significant injuries.
