SLU-PP-332
What is SLU-PP-332?

SLU-PP-332 is a very modern and potent REV-ERB agonist, often referred to in research circles as an "exercise mimetic." Essentially, it targets the metabolic pathways usually activated by endurance exercise, increasing mitochondrial function and fat oxidation.
Because this is a newer research chemical, protocols are based on early-stage laboratory studies and anecdotal data. It is significantly different from your previous peptides because it is highly targeted toward metabolic rate and endurance.

1. Reconstitution & Dosage
SLU-PP-332 is typically found in 10mg or 50mg vials. Given its potency, a 10mg vial is standard for starting a research cycle.
• Reconstitution: Add 2ml of Bacteriostatic Water to a 10mg vial.
• The Concentration: This creates 5mg per 1ml.
• Syringe Measurement: On a standard U-100 insulin syringe:
o 10 units (0.1ml) = 500mcg
o 20 units (0.2ml) = 1mg
Common Research Dosages:
• Low Dose: 500mcg per day.
• Standard Dose: 1mg per day.
• Note: In animal studies, dosages were quite high when scaled to human equivalents, but most human researchers start at 500mcg to 1mg to assess metabolic tolerance.

2. The Cycle (Duration & Timing)
Since SLU-PP-332 mimics the metabolic effects of exercise, timing it around your natural activity levels is key.
Parameter Recommendation
Cycle Length 4–6 Weeks ON / 4 Weeks OFF
Frequency Once daily
Timing Morning, ideally 30–60 minutes before fasted cardio or your first meal.
Pro Tip: Avoid taking this in the evening. Because it affects REV-ERB (which is tied to your circadian rhythm), taking it late at night can seriously disrupt your sleep-wake cycle.

3. Administration & Bioavailability
• Subcutaneous (SubQ): Inject into the abdominal fat (using the same rotation map we created earlier).
• Performance Stacking: Researchers often stack this with Tesamorelin or GW-501516 (Cardarine) for synergistic effects on fat loss and endurance, though the "5 days on / 2 days off" rule is recommended when stacking to avoid metabolic fatigue.

4. Storage & Stability
• Refrigeration: Like your other peptides, keep it in the fridge after mixing.
• Light Sensitivity: REV-ERB agonists can be sensitive to UV light. Store the vial in a dark place or an opaque vial case (like the one we wrote the description for!).

5. Potential Side Effects & Observations
As a metabolic "exercise mimetic," the side effects are often reflective of a high metabolic state:
• Increased Body Temperature: You may feel "warmer" than usual.
• Increased Heart Rate: Monitor your resting heart rate; if it stays elevated, the dose may be too high.
• Insomnia: Only if taken too late in the day.
• Appetite Changes: Some users report suppressed appetite, while others feel increased hunger due to higher caloric burn.

Research Note: SLU-PP-332 is very new. Unlike Thymosin Alpha-1 or Tesamorelin, which have decades of human data, SLU-PP-332 is still in the "frontier" stage of peptide research. Proceed with caution and prioritize regular blood work (monitoring lipids and glucose).
