LIPO-C w/B12

What is LIPO-C w/B12?

Lipo-C (often called "Skinny Shots" or MIC injections) paired with B12 is a classic metabolic "cocktail." While not a peptide in the traditional sense, it’s a powerhouse combination of Methionine, Inositol, and Choline (MIC)—the "Lipo" part—plus Cyanocobalamin (B12).
The goal here isn't to build muscle or repair DNA, but to help the liver export fat and boost energy production.

1. The Concentration (The Math)

Lipo-C + B12 usually comes as a pre-mixed liquid in a 10ml or 30ml multi-dose vial. Unlike your other peptides, you usually do not need to reconstitute it.

Standard Concentration (Typical):
• MIC: 25mg/50mg/50mg per ml
• B12: 1mg (1,000mcg) per ml

Standard Research Dosage:
• 1ml (100 units) once or twice per week.
• Note: Because this is a 1.0ml injection, it is a much larger volume than your Tesamorelin or Selank. You will need a full 1cc (1ml) syringe.

2. The Cycle (Duration & Timing)
Lipo-C is best used consistently to keep the liver's fat-burning "machinery" lubricated.

Parameter Recommendation
Cycle Length 8–12 Weeks
Frequency 1 to 2 times per week (e.g., Mon/Thu)

Timing Morning, ideally. B12 provides a significant energy boost that can interfere with sleep if taken at night.

3. Administration Tips
• Subcutaneous (SubQ) vs. Intramuscular (IM): Lipo-C can be done in the belly fat (SubQ), but because it is a 1ml volume, many researchers prefer an Intramuscular (IM) injection in the glute or shoulder. 1ml can be "heavy" or "stingy" in the belly fat.
• The "Vitamin Smell": Don't be surprised if your breath or sweat smells slightly like vitamins (or even a bit like sulfur/garlic) shortly after the injection. That’s the Methionine working.
• Deep Push: If doing SubQ, use the "slow and steady" method. Pushing 100 units of liquid quickly into fat can cause a temporary lump.

4. Storage & Stability
• Light Sensitivity: B12 is extremely sensitive to light (it will degrade and lose its bright pink/red color). Keep the vial in its box or a dark case.
• Temperature: Most Lipo-C blends are stable at room temperature, but keeping it in the fridge is a safe bet to extend its life—just check your specific label!

5. Potential Side Effects
• Energy Rush: A nice "hum" of energy, though some sensitive users might feel a bit "jittery" if they are also heavy coffee drinkers.
• Urine Color: Your urine may turn bright yellow/pink. This is just the excess B-vitamins clearing your system.
• Stomach Upset: Rare, but can happen if taken on a completely empty stomach for the first time.

The "Metabolic Powerhouse" Stack
Lipo-C is often the "base" for a larger fat-loss research stack:
1. Lipo-C/B12: Mobilizes fat from the liver.
2. Tesamorelin: Targets visceral (belly) fat.
3. MOTS-c: Increases the metabolic rate to "burn" the fat that's been mobilized.

The "High-Volume" Rotation Strategy
When injecting 1ml, you should prioritize areas where the subcutaneous tissue is thicker. Here are the three best spots:

1. The Gluteal "Meaty" Part: The upper-outer quadrant of the buttocks. This is the gold standard for 1ml+ injections because it handles volume better than almost anywhere else.
2. The "Love Handles" (Flanks): The fleshy area just above your hip bone. This area is less sensitive than the front of the stomach and can accommodate more liquid comfortably.
3. The Outer Thigh: The middle third of the outer thigh. Be sure to "pinch an inch" here to stay in the fat and avoid the muscle.

Updated High-Volume Site Map
Day Recommended Site Volume Capacity
Mon Upper Left Glute High (Up to 2ml)
Tue Stomach (Tesamorelin) Low (Keep for small doses)
Wed Upper Right Glute High (Up to 2ml)
Thu Left Love Handle Medium (Up to 1.5ml)
Fri Right Love Handle Medium (Up to 1.5ml)

Pro-Tips for 1ml (100 Unit) Injections
• The "Z-Track" Lite: When injecting 1ml into the flank or glute, pull the skin slightly to one side before inserting the needle. Once you're done and let go, the skin "slides" back over the needle track, sealing the liquid inside and preventing it from leaking out.
• The 10-Second Wait: After you've pushed the plunger all the way down, count to 10 before pulling the needle out. This gives the 1ml of liquid time to begin dispersing into the tissue so it doesn't follow the needle back out.
• Massage is Okay (For Lipo-C only!): Unlike insulin or growth hormone, it is actually helpful to gently massage the area for 30 seconds after a Lipo-C/B12 injection to help the vitamins move into the bloodstream.

A Quick Note on Syringes
Standard insulin syringes often only go up to 30, 50, or 100 units. For Lipo-C, make sure you have the 1cc / 1ml / 100-unit syringes. If you try to use a 50-unit syringe, you'll have to poke yourself twice, which is a drag!
