KLOW
What is KLOW?

The KLOW Stack is a high-performance recovery and anti-inflammatory blend that has gained significant popularity in the biohacking and strength-training communities (notably championed by experts like Brian Carroll).
"KLOW" is an acronym for its four key components: KPV, Local (BPC-157), Overall (TB-500), and Wellness (GHK-Cu). It is designed to be the "ultimate fire extinguisher" for systemic inflammation, gut issues, and stubborn soft-tissue injuries.

1. The KLOW Components
• K - KPV: A potent anti-inflammatory tripeptide that specifically targets the gut and immune system.
• L - BPC-157: The "Wolverine" peptide for localized repair of tendons, ligaments, and the gut lining.
• O - TB-500: The systemic repair engine that promotes cell migration and blood vessel growth.
• W - GHK-Cu: A copper peptide that signals for collagen production, skin health, and DNA repair.

2. Reconstitution & Dosage
Because KLOW is a blend, it usually comes in a large single vial (often 80mg to 95mg total powder).
• Standard 80mg/95mg Vial Mix:
o KPV: 15mg
o BPC-157: 15mg
o TB-500: 15mg
o GHK-Cu: 50mg
• Reconstitution: Add 3ml of Bacteriostatic Water to the large vial.
• Syringe Measurement (U-100 Insulin Syringe):
o 10 units (0.10ml) = Daily Maintenance Dose.
o 20 units (0.20ml) = Standard Recovery Dose.
o 30 units (0.30ml) = Intensive Injury Protocol.

3. The KLOW Cycle
The stack is designed to create a "healing environment" during high-load training or chronic injury recovery.
Phase Duration Frequency
Healing Phase 6 to 8 Weeks 5 Days ON / 2 Days OFF
Maintenance 4 Weeks 3x Per Week
The Break 4 to 6 Weeks OFF
Timing: Best administered in the evening or post-workout. GHK-Cu can sometimes cause a slight "lethargy" or "sting" in some researchers, so many prefer taking it before bed to let the body repair during sleep.

4. Administration & Storage
• Subcutaneous (SubQ): Inject into the abdominal fat or near the site of an injury.
• Rotation: Because GHK-Cu is included, the injection can sometimes "sting" more than other peptides. Rotating sites is mandatory to avoid localized irritation.
• Storage: Once reconstituted, this large vial must stay in the fridge. Because of the high concentration of GHK-Cu, the liquid will be a deep vibrant blue.

5. Potential Side Effects
• Injection Site Irritation: GHK-Cu is known for being slightly "spicy." If it stings too much, you can dilute your shot with an extra 10 units of Bacteriostatic Water in the syringe.
• Suppressed Zinc: Long-term use of GHK-Cu (the "W" in KLOW) can deplete zinc levels. Researchers often supplement with 15mg–25mg of Zinc daily while on this cycle.
• Herxheimer Reaction: Occasionally, as KPV and BPC-157 begin cleaning up gut inflammation, users might experience a day or two of mild "flu-like" symptoms.
