CJC-1295 with DAC
What is CJC-1295 with DAC?

CJC-1295 with DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) is a synthetic analogue of Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone (GHRH). The addition of DAC is what makes this version unique; it binds to albumin in the bloodstream, extending the half-life from minutes to approximately 6 to 8 days.
Unlike CJC-1295 No DAC (which causes short "pulses" of Growth Hormone), the DAC version provides a steady, elevated "bleed" of GH levels around the clock.

1. Reconstitution & Dosage
CJC-1295 with DAC typically comes in 2mg or 5mg vials. Because of its long half-life, you do not need to inject daily.
• Reconstitution: Add 2ml of Bacteriostatic Water to a 5mg vial.
• The Concentration: This creates 2.5mg (2,500mcg) per 1ml.
• Syringe Measurement (U-100 Insulin Syringe):
o 40 units (0.40ml) = 1,000mcg (1mg)
o 80 units (0.80ml) = 2,000mcg (2mg)
Common Research Dosages:
• Conservative: 1mg per week.
• Standard Research: 2mg per week (often split into two 1mg injections).

2. The Cycle (Duration & Timing)
Because CJC-DAC creates a constant elevation of Growth Hormone, "rest" periods are essential to prevent pituitary fatigue.
Phase Duration Frequency
Active Cycle 8 to 12 Weeks 1-2x per week
The Break 4 to 8 Weeks OFF
Timing: Since it remains in the system for a week, the specific time of day is less critical than with other peptides. However, most researchers inject in the evening before bed to align with the body's natural GH rhythm.

3. Administration
• Subcutaneous (SubQ): Standard injection into the abdominal fat.
• Frequency: Splitting the weekly dose (e.g., 1mg on Monday and 1mg on Thursday) is preferred to maintain the most stable blood levels and reduce the "flush" sensation.

4. Storage & Stability
• Refrigeration: Must be kept in the fridge.
• Stability: Once mixed, CJC-DAC is stable for about 21–28 days in the fridge.

5. Potential Side Effects
• The Flush: Immediately after injection, you may experience a "rush" or red flushing of the face and a slight headache. This is normal and usually lasts 10–20 minutes.
• Water Retention: Because of the constant GH elevation, some researchers experience mild swelling in the hands or ankles.
• Reduced Insulin Sensitivity: Long-term use of "DAC" versions can affect blood sugar more than the "No DAC" versions. Monitor glucose levels if cycling for more than 12 weeks.

The "Anti-Aging" Stack
CJC-1295 DAC is almost always stacked with a GHRP (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptide) like Ipamorelin for a synergistic effect:
1. CJC-DAC: Increases the amount of GH secreting cells.
2. Ipamorelin: Triggers the release of the stored GH.

Quick Checklist for a 5mg Vial:
• At 2mg/week: One vial lasts 2.5 weeks.
• For a 10-week cycle: You will need 4 vials.
