5-Amino-1mq
What is 5-Amino-1mq?

While the oral route is the gold standard for 5-Amino-1MQ research, some specialized labs produce an injectable version (often for better bioavailability or to bypass gastric degradation).
Warning: This compound is known as a "harsh" injectable. It is highly acidic and can cause significant PIP (Post-Injection Pain) or localized "knots" if not administered with care.

1. Reconstitution & Dosage
If you have a lyophilized (powder) vial, the math must be precise because the effective dose is high compared to most peptides.
• Reconstitution: Add 1ml of Bacteriostatic Water to a 50mg vial.
• The Concentration: This creates 50mg per 1ml.
• Syringe Measurement (U-100 Insulin Syringe):
o 20 units (0.20ml) = 10mg
o 50 units (0.50ml) = 25mg
o 100 units (1.0ml) = 50mg (Standard Daily Research Dose)

2. The Cycle (Duration & Timing)
Injectable 5-Amino-1MQ is usually run in shorter, more intensive bursts than the oral version due to the potential for tissue irritation.
Phase Duration Frequency
Active Cycle 30 to 60 Days Once Daily
The Break 30 Days OFF
• Timing: Best administered 30–60 minutes before a workout or in the morning. It has a potent effect on muscle contractile force, so many researchers use it as a "pre-workout" metabolic igniter.

3. Administration: Managing Tissue Irritation
Because of the high volume (often 0.5ml to 1.0ml) and the nature of the compound, the "Wolverine" or "AOD" injection style won't work here.
• Deep Subcutaneous: You must find "deep" fat (glutes or flanks). Injecting too shallow will result in a painful red bump that can last for days.
• Intramuscular (IM): Many researchers find IM injections (delts or vastus lateralis) to be less painful than SubQ for this specific compound, as the muscle tissue can disperse the acidic solution more effectively.
• Dilution: If the sting is unbearable, draw 10 units of BPC-157 or an extra 20 units of Bac Water into the same syringe to buffer the pH level.

4. Storage & Stability
• Refrigeration: Mandatory once reconstituted.
• Light: Keep the vial in a dark box; the molecule is sensitive to UV degradation.
• Shelf Life: Best if used within 21 days of mixing.

5. Expected Research Outcomes
• Muscle Preservation: Unlike most "fat burners," 5-Amino-1MQ is studied for its ability to prevent muscle wasting (anti-atrophy).
• Thermogenesis: Expect a noticeable increase in core body temperature during exercise.
• Rapid Lipolysis: Often shows faster results in visceral fat reduction compared to the oral version.
